We would rather explain it than sell it

Fix Zo is a repair workshop on Albert Cuypstraat in De Pijp. We repair phones and tablets: screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, audio, liquid damage and software. Not laptops, not televisions, not a bit of everything. Staying narrow is how we stay good.

The way we work comes down to one habit: measure before you open. A device that will not charge is not automatically a broken port, and a phone that drains is not automatically a worn battery. Half the value of a repair sits in the diagnosis, which is why we do not skip it even when the answer looks obvious.

The other habit is telling you what we find, including when it is inconvenient for us. If a repair is not worth it, you will hear that. If we cannot guarantee an outcome, you will hear that too, before we start rather than after.

Most people find us by walking past, or because a neighbour sent them. That is the kind of business we want to be: the one on the street you go back to.
