Back glass replacement Amsterdam
Back glass replacement is often underestimated. Unlike a screen, on many modern devices the back panel is held by strong adhesive and on some models bonded to the frame outright. Getting the glass off without damaging the wireless charging coil, the NFC antenna or the frame takes controlled heat and patience — or a laser that targets only the adhesive layer.
We do this work in a separate cycle with extraction, because it produces glass dust you do not want anywhere else inside the device.

Why loose shards should not be ignored
Loose shards cut, but more importantly an open back lets moisture and dust reach the board directly, and on devices with wireless charging a broken panel disrupts heat dissipation. We regularly see phones where an ignored back panel led to a battery or charging fault months later.
Bent frames
If the device is not just broken but bent, a new back panel will never seat properly. In that case we discuss whether the frame can be straightened or whether a housing swap makes more sense. We will not glue new glass onto a warped frame, because it will lift and you will be back with the same problem two weeks later.

Yes, provided the charging coil itself is undamaged. It sits beneath the glass and we check it during the repair. If the coil was damaged in the fall we replace it separately, and we tell you beforehand.
