What we collect
Through the appointment form: your name, email address, phone number, device details and whatever you write in the message field. Nothing more, and no fields you did not fill in yourself.
Why we collect it
To contact you about your repair request, to prepare the right part, and to reach you if something changes. We do not use your details for marketing and we do not pass them to third parties for advertising.
Data on your device
For hardware repairs we do not access your files. For software work we look only at what the repair requires, we copy nothing without your instruction, and any temporary copies made during a recovery are deleted once the job is finished.
How long we keep it
Repair records are kept as long as the warranty runs plus the period our accounting obligations require. Form submissions that do not lead to a repair are deleted once they are no longer relevant.
Form handling
The appointment form is processed by Formspree, which forwards the message to our email. Your data passes through their systems for that purpose.
The map
The Google map on our site only loads after you click it. Until then, no connection to Google is made from this page.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Email us and we will handle it. If you think we are getting it wrong, you can complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
